Questions
How much does custom embroidery cost?
By design size, per piece, per placement: 3" $12, 4" $15, 5" $18, 6" $22, 7" $26, 8" $30, 9" $35, 10" $40. Digitizing is just $2.99 one time per logo. Garments are extra, from $6, or bring your own.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One piece is fine. Embroidery is 5% off for 12–23 pieces, 10% off for 24–47 and 15% off for 48 or more.
Do I pay digitizing again when I reorder?
No. Digitizing is a one-time $2.99 per logo. Reorders of the same logo have no digitizing fee.
Can I bring my own shirts or hats?
Yes. Drop them off at 7696 183A Toll Road, Suite 1B, Leander, TX 78641. You only pay for the embroidery.
Can I add a second logo to the same item?
Yes. A second spot up to 3" (sleeve, back of neck, cap side) is just $6.99 per piece. Larger extra spots are priced by size, for example a 4" left chest ($15) plus a 10" full back ($40) is $55 of embroidery per piece.
Do you offer 3D puff or metallic thread?
Yes. 3D puff is +$3 per piece and metallic thread is +$2 per piece. Applique is quoted on your proof.
What files do you accept?
Vector files (AI, SVG, PDF, EPS) or a clear image at least 1000 px wide. Blurry, pixelated or screenshot files are rejected because they stitch poorly. We will ask you for a better file.
Can I use any logo?
You confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to use it, including any logos, trademarks or characters. MAYA TX does not verify ownership, and you accept responsibility for its use.
Can I buy just the digitized file?
Yes. Digitizing only is $5.99 per logo. We email you DST, EMB and PES files, with other machine formats on request.
Will I see my design before it is stitched?
Yes. After checkout we email a digital proof with size, placement and thread colors. Production starts only after you approve. One revision is free.
Embroidery or DTF printing?
Embroidery gives a raised, long-lasting finish for logos on polos, caps and jackets. DTF printing is better for full-color art, photos and gradients. We offer both.
