• Wholesale orders ship FREE: Every wholesale gang sheet order (25 ft to 100 ft) ships free within the U.S. with standard shipping. Order by 12 PM Central Time, Monday through Saturday, and it ships the same day. Faster options (Priority Mail, Next Day Air) are available at checkout.

• We ship within hours upon receiving your order, except in the rare event that a product is temporarily unavailable. You will be notified via email if that should be the case along with an estimated ship date.

• During the checkout process, shipping charges is calculated based on the weight, size and destination of the items in the order. And we will reach out to you with the right shipping charges via the contact information provided to us during the order.

• Once the right shipping charges are calculated, we will ship the goodsas quickly as possible.

• For the request of changing the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before the order is issued.

• If the delivery time exceeds the expected time, please contact us for our investigation.

• After the shipment, the customer will receive a tracking link through which they can track the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping supplier.

• If you find that the package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse express delivery and contact our customer service.
