What kind of press do I need?
You can use the iron you have lying around your house or an industrial
level heat press or anything in between. Learn more on our How to
Press page.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order hasn't made it to our production queue, you can
certainly cancel your order and be refunded in full. Please keep in
mind, all orders at TXMAYA print and ship within 24-48 hours of being
placed. We know things happen and will always do our best to
accommodate our customers. All we ask is that you please be mindful
when cancelling your order.
What sizes are available?
We have sizes from 3" X 3" to 22" X 20 feet"
How do transfers hold up in the wash?
We have vigorously tested out transfers on a variety of garments.
What are your shipping times?
All orders ship within 24 -48 hours. We offer expedited shipping
options at checkout.
What file format should my artwork be?
Vector art is always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 dpi.
