At MAYA TX you can build one online from $4.49 (22" × 10") up to 20 ft, or go wholesale from 25 ft to 100 ft at as low as $0.015 per square inch. Order by 12 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, and we print it in Leander, Texas and ship it the same day, or you pick it up free in the Austin area.

How to order a gang sheet in 3 steps

Pick a length. Our most-ordered size is 22" × 24"; the most-printed length is 20 ft. The builder shows the sheet to scale, so you can see what fits before you pay.
Add your designs. In the online builder you upload PNG files, resize them and let Auto Nest pack them tightly. Already have a laid-out file? Upload it instead: same sizes, same prices.
Check out before 12 PM CT. Monday–Saturday orders placed by noon are printed and shipped the same day.

File checklist

PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI at the size you want printed.
No white boxes or backgrounds behind your design (they print as white).
Leave about 0.25" between designs so you can cut them apart.

How to press DTF transfers

Press at 290°F for 8 seconds with firm pressure (about 60 PSI on an air press, level 4 on most electric presses). Peel warm, then press a second time for 8 seconds. For a soft, matte finish that holds up wash after wash, do the second press with FinishSoft Pro.

How fast will I get it?

Can I reorder the same sheet later?
Yes. Use our reorder page or open your previous sheet in the builder.

Do you print shirts too?
Yes. We can print and press your design on custom t-shirts, and we also do embroidery.
