We do not offer a traditional guarantee, but we are committed to making sure you get usable, professional transfers. Our policy is:

• Every transfer is printed and quality-checked before shipping.

• If you encounter an issue — such as damaged transfers, misprints, or missing items — please submit our Order Issue Form.

• Our team reviews all claims individually and will do our best to resolve issues quickly.

• By filling out the form, we can properly track and process your issue instead of relying on email or chat.

Proper care helps extend the life of your transfers and keep designs looking vibrant.

For DTF Transfers (on apparel):

• Wash garments inside out in cold water to reduce friction on the design.

• Tumble dry low or hang dry to avoid heat damage.

• Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and fabric softeners.

• Do not iron directly on the transfer — if ironing is necessary, cover the design with parchment or a Teflon sheet.

For UV DTF 3D Permastickers (on hard goods):

• Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol before applying.

• Apply the sticker smoothly, pressing out bubbles, and allow 24 hours for full adhesion.

• Stickers are waterproof and dishwasher safe, though hand-washing is recommended for maximum life.

• Avoid prolonged direct heat exposure (e.g., microwaves, ovens).

We provide flexible shipping and pickup options to fit your schedule:

• Our team will review your case and determine the best solution, which may include reprinting or issuing store credit.
