How it works

  1. Place your order and enter the size you need and the garment or fabric it will be stitched on (polo, cap, T-shirt, hoodie, towel, etc.).
  2. Email your logo to embroidery@txmaya.com with your order number.
  3. We email your proof. Reply APPROVED, or tell us what to change.
  4. We email your files.

File requirements

Vector files (AI, SVG, PDF, EPS) or a clear image at least 1000 px wide. Blurry, pixelated or screenshot files are rejected because they stitch poorly, and we will ask you for a better file.

Artwork rights

By ordering, you confirm that you own this artwork or have permission to use it, including any logos, trademarks, names or characters it contains, and you accept full responsibility for its use. MAYA TX does not verify ownership or rights.

Customers near Austin locations can bring in their DTF prints and shirts for same-day pressing.

Ship-In Option:
If you’re outside of Texas, you can ship your garments and DTF transfers to us. We’ll press them and ship your completed order back within 1–2 business days of receiving your items.
