For DTF Transfers (on apparel):

  • Wash garments inside out in cold water to reduce friction on the design.
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry to avoid heat damage.
  • Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and fabric softeners.
  • Do not iron directly on the transfer — if ironing is necessary, cover the design with parchment or a Teflon sheet.

For UV DTF 3D Permastickers (on hard goods):

  • Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol before applying.
  • Apply the sticker smoothly, pressing out bubbles, and allow 24 hours for full adhesion.
  • Stickers are waterproof and dishwasher safe, though hand-washing is recommended for maximum life.
  • Avoid prolonged direct heat exposure (e.g., microwaves, ovens).

We provide flexible shipping and pickup options to fit your schedule:

  • Free standard U.S. shipping on orders $89+ — automatically applied at checkout.
  • Flat-rate shipping available for smaller orders under $89.
  • Express and expedited shipping available for an extra fee at checkout.
  • Same-day local pickup in Austin, TX (Mon–Fri):
    - Place your order before 12 PM (noon) for pickup the same business day.
    - Orders placed after 12 PM are ready the following business day.
    - Pickup location and details will be provided after checkout.
